Technical training: Hite is the training center of several foreign products, it can base on requirements from different customers to set different training course which can ensure the training quality.
System service: technical service team with knowledge of automation products and rich engineering site experiences can ensure the uninterrupted operation of automation systems from customers.
Product repair: professional repairing team and complete procedure can make your products getting response as soon as possible.
2. After-sale service
Warranty period of one year after the final acceptance, within the period of which, Hite will send technical personnel to settle the problem at customer site after buyer applying for services if the equipments from Hite were found something wrong, if there something wrong with the quality, Hite will replace the equipments for free.
As a large domestic traders and manufacturers of crane electric control system in industrial control field, Shanghai Hite Control System Co. Ltd, has strong electrical equipment repair service ability and sufficient spare parts inventory to meet the after-sale service requirements of hoisting projects. The bidder has labs and repair facilities such as hoisting lab, variable frequency lab and PLC lab. The repair and service engineers have taken the specialized training and practicing by relative organizations at home or abroad, it is a relatively professional before- and after-sale service team.
Hite provide detailed equipments instruction manual and maintaining manual in the process of the projects. The operating and maintaining personnel get the necessary equipment operating and maintaining skills by training, and Hite will also assist the equipment maintaining personnel to compile detailed equipment operating and maintaining point reports to make it easy for the maintaining personnel from customers to fulfill the maintaining work to make equipment in good condition.
According to the time requirement specified on the contract, Hite deliveries all the qualified technical documents and drawings. Hite will also cooperate with buyer to solve the interface between equipments from Hite and other suppliers. According to the time requirement specified on the contract, Hite deliveries all the equipments in the delivery zones. According to the contract, Hite will ensure the site debugging cycle to deliver equipments in time. At same of finishing all the setup, start debugging and commissioning of all the equipments and systems, Hite also provide services as follows:
(1) Provide free training for relevant customer side technical personals to master how to start, operate and maintain the equipments and systems.
(2) Put the inverter system into operation and realize all the functions on the specification.
(3) Transportation, living and other cost will be take charge by Hite.
Hite attaches full attention to the training in the implementation phase and after the project is finished. According to the specification manual, Hite will provide free training to designing, operating and maintaining personnel from customer side.
3.Repair response time
We have a set of after-sales service management system. One hour after receiving the service notice from the customers, Hite will give response, if it is necessary, Hite will arrive at hoisting equipment operation site in 8 hours to settle relevant problems.
